Nothing will stop it as long as the colonial structure itself is not abolished from top to bottom.
The future of the West Bank cannot diverge from that of Gaza because their past is shared: military domination, land dispossession, daily humiliation. The only variable was the timeline.
The West Bank has been leftin pieces, divided, and drained because it still served a purpose. And now that it no longer does, the colonial steamroller will finish the job. What we're witnessing is nota series of separate incidents but a systematic operation, planned as a whole, to eliminate all forms of autonomous arab life in that area. Colonization in the West Bank is advancing by leaps and bounds. Settlements are expanding, checkpoints are multiplying, technological surveillance is intensifying, arrests and assassinations are becoming daily Occurrences, and house demolition policies are accelerating. The “peace process” has never been anything but a sham, a smokescreen to legitimize this plundering.
Gaza is not an exception but a stage, a preview of what awaits the West Bank if the resistance fails to reorganize.
Israel is a state that must be dismantled urgently.
